Vibe Owl is proprietary software. All commercial rights are reserved by Iseli International Commerce.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Vibe Owl in accordance with these Terms and any applicable license terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• - misuse Vibe Owl for illegal activity;
• - redistribute or sublicense Vibe Owl without permission;
• - reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where required by law;
• - interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.

3. No security guarantee

Vibe Owl provides heuristic checks and guidance. It does not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities, leaks, or security issues.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

Vibe Owl is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iseli International Commerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of Vibe Owl.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

7. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Venue and jurisdiction are Bern, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
